Económico, bueno y con ubicación excelente
8.0Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca de los principales puntos de interés, restaurantes y transporte, lo que hizo que desplazarnos fuera muy fácil. La habitación estaba siempre impecable y un detalle que valoramos mucho fue que cambiaban las toallas todos los días. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía, siempre dispuesto a ayudar cuando lo necesitábamos. En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, superó nuestras expectativas. Es un hotel cómodo, limpio y con un muy buen servicio por el precio que se paga. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a quienes busquen una excelente opción.
− Lo único que no nos gustó fue que el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar. Se escuchaba con facilidad el ruido de las habitaciones cercanas. Afortunadamente, fue el único aspecto negativo de una estadía que, en general, fue muy buena.

Estancia más que agradable
10.0Hostal sencillo, pero con un personal agradable y muy cerquita de la Puerta del Sol. Así que no se puede pedir más. Salimos agradecidos y cuando volvamos a Madrid, iremos al Hostal del Pilar. El mejor!!!!
− Hay tele plana. Cuando uno llega para descansar nos apetece ver un poquito de tele. Pero el volumen es tan bajo que ni yo ni mi marido hemos podido ver nada
