6.0La struttura super super in centro, quindi ottima sotto quel punto di vista. Leggo comodo, il problema è stato il bagno. Veramente troppo piccolo, però comunque ci si adatta. Avrei fatto quindi pagare meno per questo servizio però nel complesso bene bene! Il ragazzo della reception super gentile e disponibile ☺️

4.0Läget är perfekt, lugnt och centralt. Personalen vänlig och tillmötesgående. De behöver köpa in fler vattenkokare. Vi var flera som gärna ville låna.
− Jag har bott här 2 ggr tidigare, men nu var det nedgånget. Trasig elkontakt, duschdörr som inte fungerade, fick byta rum för toadörren gick inte att stänga och toan svår att spola. Bara en stol i rum för två personer.

1.0Mi è piaciuta solo la posizione in cui si trova il palazzo.
− Il posto l’ho trovato molto sporco al mio arrivo.Sia la stanza che il bagno. Arredamento vecchio e mezza rotto. I cuscini e le lenzuola pieni di cappelli. La testiera del letto dove ha dormito mio figlio si era staccata e caduta sulla sua testa durante la notte. La risposta del personale alla mia lamentela é stata seguente: ‘’lei non ha prenotato un hotel per cui non mi devo aspettare servizi e le pulizie di un hotel,loro é uno hostelo …’’ Non ho potuto accettare di rimanere in un posto con quelle condizioni. Ho lasciato la struttura e mi sono trovata in un’altra difficoltà,dover cercare un posto nuovo dove dormire. Purtroppo non ho avuto nessun tipo di rimborso.La cosa piu grave in tutto questo é che il booking al quale ho comunicato subito l’accaduto ,accompagnato con le imagini che non nascondevano l’evidenza ,non ha riconosciuto la mia lamentela. Vergognoso che un posto del genere possa essere considerato giudicato attraverso le recinzioni ‘’buono’’ con i voti del genere.
