Fijn hotel, wifi is een groot verbeterpunt
7.0Prima kamer, niet heel groot, maar normaal naar Londense begrippen. Fijn bed. Elke dag schoonmaak.
− De wifi werkte niet, of was extreem wisselvallig. Dit aankaarten resulteerde in eerste instantie in de opmerking dat het aangepakt zou worden, een dag later in een medewerkster die vrij onaardig beweerde dat ik het verkeerd had en alle dagen daarna bleef de wifi slecht. Eigen hotspot nodig om normaal te kunnen werken. Ik geloof wel dat ze geprobeerd hebben het aan te pakken, maar er veranderde niks en vooral die ene medewerkster die sceptisch deed was onprettig. Als je hier voor werk komt en wifi echt nodig hebt: iets om rekening mee te houden.

8.0J’ai aimé l’amabilité du personnel , la propreté des chambre, la proximité ,
− Je n’ai vraiment pas aimé l’attitude du Mr qui ait travaille le mercredi et jeudi matin . ( était ce le manager ? Il se sert en petit dej le matin ) Je trouve vraiment dommage que la personne réponde qu’une aide pour descendre les valises de 4 marches ( sportif quand on est chargé et porteur de handicap ) . J’ai pu stocké mes valises avant le Check in , super ! Mais déconvenue quand il fallait Descendre mes 2 valises du bâtiment principal pour aller a l’autre bâtiment . Il est sorti pour me montrer le bâtiment mais ma clairement fait comprendre qu’il n’était pas payé pour cette aide . .. heureusement et avec surprise le staff de nuit et le staff de jour a été aux petits soins juste pour m’aider de descendre les 4 marches, et descendre sur le trottoir . Ce seul individu met une tache sur le comportement irréprochable des autres personnels .
