6.0I like the property location. It’s close to Gloucester road station. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered a hairdryer at check in.
− It lacked in atmosphere. The single room was noisy as the lift passage was right next to the room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was basic continental which served its purpose.
