Wonderful hotel with outstanding service in the heart of Mestre

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Al Vivit! We spent four nights here, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was a perfect and peaceful retreat from the Italian summer heat. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well air-conditioned—something we truly appreciated during the hot weather. The housekeeping service was excellent, and we always returned to a fresh, tidy room and bathroom. We also felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay. The reception staff were truly exceptional. The gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always happy to assist us with anything we needed, helped us arrange everything, and gave us many great recommendations on places to visit and the best ways to get there. We could also conveniently purchase public transport and airport shuttle tickets directly at the hotel. On our final day, we had to check out very early in the morning and unfortunately missed breakfast. However, the night receptionist thoughtfully offered us coffee before we left. It was such a kind and considerate gesture, and it perfectly reflected the wonderful level of care we experienced throughout our stay. Hotel Al Vivit is a truly special place in the heart of Mestre, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice and the surrounding area. Despite reading that Mestre is “just a stopover on the way to Venice,” we found it charming, beautiful, and absolutely worth exploring. We would love to return someday. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable and for providing such outstanding service!

O atendimento é especial. O quarto é novo e o café da manhã é espetacular. Já é a nossa segunda vez neste hotel! Maravilhoso.

Hôtel bien placé, nous étions dans le loft, la chambre était très spacieuse et bien climatisée. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et copieux et le personnel adorable Je conseille vivement

Our Go-To Hotel for Exploring Venice

This is our fifth stay at Al Vivit, and once again we had a great experience. We especially appreciated the new night manager’s American accent. The rooms are, as always, very well maintained, with spotless bathrooms and thoughtful lighting. Venice is still just a 20-minute tram drive away from the nearby square, and the parking is safe and well organized. We’ll definitely come back.
