9.0The staff was cordial and very open to help withcabs, comments and recommendations . The room was small but typical for center city. We literally were on the block of the spanish steps and walkable to Piazza de popolo and all imaginable food and icecream, etc. We were safe, happy and taken care of. Breakfast had all ranges of good food from fruit to eggs and meats with cheeses, etc.

8.0O hotel é muito bem localizado, a curta distância a pé de tudo o que não pode deixar de ser visto em Roma. Os funcionários são excepcionais, principalmente o Jorge, sempre disponível para nos dar conselhos e uma simpatia. Não tomámos o pequeno-almoço no hotel porque, apesar de ser mais caro, preferimos ir variando de restaurante em restaurante na nossa rua ou naa ruas vizinhas. A limpeza é irrepreensível.
− O hotel é mesmo no centro e é antigo, apesar de cómodo. Talvez uma remodelação dos quartos lhe fizesse bem.
