1.0− Une expérience très décevante au regard du prix payé. J’ai réglé 265 € pour cette nuit, dont 30 € de supplément pour pouvoir accéder à ma chambre dès 9 h. À ce tarif, je m’attendais à un niveau de confort bien supérieur. J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel le 21 octobre et j’ai eu froid dans la chambre, le chauffage central n’étant visiblement pas encore allumé à cette période de l’année. Difficile de trouver cela acceptable lorsqu’on vient justement à l’hôtel pour se reposer confortablement. À cela s’ajoute un lavabo de salle de bain qui s’est bouché dès mon premier lavage de mains, ce qui est particulièrement décevant. Enfin, l’isolation phonique est très insuffisante : les murs sont fins et le vacarme d’un·e autre client·e a malheureusement perturbé mon séjour, rendant le moment peu agréable. Je tiens toutefois à souligner que le personnel de la réception était très agréable et accueillant, ce qui constitue un véritable point positif. En résumé, malgré un personnel chaleureux, les désagréments rencontrés et le manque de confort sont difficilement justifiables au vu du prix payé. Le rapport qualité-prix n’est malheureusement pas au rendez-vous, et je repars très mécontente de cette expérience.
