3.0The staff tried to be accommodating The lamp and multinational plugs in each bunk The toilet and shower were clean
− The fact that the front office was closed till 1 pm Our room was pretty small; same thing for toilet and shower unit I wanted to take a shower but got no hot water I requested a bottom bunk when I booked but could not get one. At age 66, I don't know how I managed to come down from the top bunk, and I eventually hurt my hip The cleanliness was spotty: I found someone's hair on my blanket (even though the sheets were clean)
