8.0The hotel is very well situated for access to the Croisette and rue d’Antibes. Lovely building outside and inside. The lobby is quite small but very well decorated with more than one person at reception. Rooms are spacious with all what you need. Fragonard products and cafe machine were all a very nice addition. Beautiful view as well ( 6th floor). The staff is very professional (reception, breakfast). Small breakfast room but lots of variety and fresh products and very efficient staff. Surprisingly I always found a table and the breakfast room was quite empty every time I was there. There are some noisy residents but this was in the middle of summer! One slight disappointment is the state of the swimming pool basin. It really needs to be refurbished. Otherwise the rest of the spa is fine although small in area. I spend a lovely time there and will return.

7.0Personnel aimable et efficace et à l écoute des clients On a eu notre chambre prête avant l heure ( Etant en période de canicule). Chambre propre et netteté impecable On est venus 6 ou 7 fois au Cristal.. On reviendra 10001 Merci à tous

Please note that when booking a nonrefundable rate, the hotel will send a message to you in order to request a copy within 24 hours of the credit card used for the booking and a copy of the ID of the credit card’s owner with the same name used for the booking. If this is not received within 24 hours, your booking will be canceled. For any other booking, the credit card used for the booking will be requested upon arrival with an ID card under the same name as the credit card and the booking. Full payment is required upon arrival.
