Excellent location and staff
10.0Location excellent, in the city centre. Receptionists and staff extremely helpful and friendly, open 24/7 and they give you your keys each time you return. Could leave luggage on final day after check out at 12pm.
− Rooms were small but we knew this before going so wasn't a problem

7.0Extrêmement bien placé en plein centre, pour visiter la ville à pied ou en transports publics. Les chambres qui donnent sur cour sont très tranquilles. Le personnel à été très réactif pour répondre aux questions par message (préparation avant le voyage).
− L'hôtel pourrait être magnifique s'il était mieux entretenu et soigné. Plein de détails déçoivent et ne justifient pas le prix : peinture qui s'écaille au plafond de la chambre, traces de glu/peinture qui dégoulinent dans les escaliers, ascenseur en panne, odeur d'urine dans les WC (probablement problème de canalisation), maçonnerie faire n'importe comment, ... Le petit-déjeuner est décevant : peu varié, produits basiques, fruits tapés ou pourris, "fromage en plastique"...

8.0Excellent location, clean and tidy needs a lift though as the stairs are a bugger if you’re old like me!
