6.0für eine Durchreise war es für eine Nacht gut. Grosses Zimmer+gute Lage - Aber wir waren 2 Std zuvor da vorm check in - und mussten warten- das war für mich nach langer Fahrt störend. Wenigstens Koffer hätten sie annehmen können.

10.0L'accueil fût chaleureux et arrangeant suite à une erreur de réservation de ma part Les prestations sont excellentes, le petit déjeuner parfait avec des crêpes "maison", génial. Sans aucune hésitation lors de ma prochaine venue sur Aix je reviendrai à cette adresse très bien située.
Wish we had stayed longer
10.0Stopped off here for one night on our way home from camping in Lake Garda. We wanted a place approximately halfway home and having had a wonderful stay at Lake Annecy on the way to Italy, we chose another lakeside resort on the way back. Location is great, just a few minutes stroll to the Lake and restaurants of Aix-Les- Bains. The hotel is very much of a chalet style and the decor is quaint and quirky. The family room was spacious and comfortable. There is a lovely outdoor seating area and plenty of free parking. The breakfast was superb and quite unique. There is a kitchen area which is filled with a whole range of delicious food and cakes. The staff were very welcoming, particularly Bertrand who spoke good English and gave me a good opportunity to try out my limited French vocabulary. We would have liked to have stayed longer in this resort and hotel and will definitely drop by again when next travelling in Europe.
