8.0-La localisation -La qualité de service et de cuisine du restaurant -Le grand choix du buffet petit-déjeuner
− -L'odeur de chien mouillé incrustée dans la moquette à l'entrée de la chambre. -Le ménage fait 1 jour sur 3 et avoir dû aller à la réception pour du gel douche et du papier toilette parce que la chambre n'avait pas été faite alors que nous avions mis le panneau adéquat sur la porte.
Not worth it- not a 4 star hotel
4.0Location was somehow good, but not the best
− Very old hotel, fridge that had oxidized inside . Smelled bad- the pool is inside and the restaurant is right by it . Humid and roten smell, no AC. Very poor breakfast with very few choices, only 1 waiter spoke English. Definitely not a 4 star hotel , a generous 2+. I asked if they had upgrade for the room , I was willing to pay and the answer was - you already have a nice room- not what I asked ! The lady in the reception was nice though. Do not recommend and will not return .

The restaurant is open for dinner only. It is closed on Sundays from October until the end of March, as well as for Christmas.
Access to the spa is at an additional charge and requires reservation.
The spa is open every day except Monday morning from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 20:00.
**Kindly note** that our indoor pool will be closed to swimmers from 18 to 22 May 2026 (inclusive) as we carry out necessary technical works to part of the pool tiling. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
