10.0Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very close to tran station for a 10 minute ride on the T1 to Venice. Easy to get to places. Mestre Centre is great place to eat and shop.

6.0The room was cramped. The shower leaked and was tiny. We asked for reservations at their restaurant, they did not make the reservation, so we had to sit outside. It was cold and windy. There was a carnival a few blocks away and the noise was bad inside the room. The receptionist gave us bad information about boarding the train. Thankfully, we didn't follow his advice. The hotel was convenient to the tram into Venice and train station.
