1.0− "Very disappointing experience. First, there is no parking available nearby, and it took a long time to find a spot. Second, I arrived at 9:50 PM and had to wait outside a locked reception door for a long time until someone finally answered my calls. They demanded cash for a deposit, forcing me to use a nearby ATM with an extremely high commission fee (withdrawing €150 cost me $350 NZD). Finally, the receptionist rudely charged me an extra €15 because I checked in at 10:18 PM, claiming I was 'late'—even though the official check-in time clearly stated check-in was allowed until 11:00 PM. Poor management and unprofessional service.

6.0De accommodatie is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en beschikt over prima bedden, verduisterende gordijnen en goed werkende televisie, koelkast en magneteon, al is de badkamer aan de krappe kant. Na aangeven van slechte WiFi werd dit de volgende dag merkbaar veel beter.
− De geconstateerde vlekken in twee witte badhanddoeken zijn door de schoonmaakdienst direct verholpen. Helaas ontbrak een waterkoker op de kamer; deze is voor €2 per dag bij de receptie te huren. Tevens zijn er geen föhn, shampoo of douchegel aanwezig. Hoewel er verduisterende gordijnen aanwezig zijn, resulteert het openen hiervan in een gebrek aan privacy door inkijk van de buren. Het pand vertoont een muffe geur en een renovatie van de hal en het trappenhuis zou de algehele uitstraling aanzienlijk verbeteren. Naast de bevestiging van de inchecktijd verzoekt het hotel om een half uur voor aankomst telefonisch contact op te nemen. Aangezien e-mails niet constant worden gecontroleerd, is dit bericht gemist, waarover de receptionist vervolgens een opmerking maakte. Het matras op de bank bleek te groot, wat heeft geleid tot drie valincidenten van mijn zoon tijdens zijn slaap. Hoewel het kaartje voor de schoonmaakdienst vóór 10:00 uur was geplaatst, is de kamer op een van de dagen onverhoopt overgeslagen.
