10.0The hotel had all the expected amenities, and the staff was helpful and cordial. Breakfast was excellent - lots of hot and cold options. I enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood that is not filled with loud tourists. There's a wonderful food court a block away that stays open late - Mercado Bom Successo. I found it wonderful for getting a quick bite after a long day of exploring.

8.0I like how clean my room was, and as well as the building. I was able to communicate with the staff of my needs. The front dest staff, Edwado, Maria, George, and Mattheu, who helped us with our luggage, since the elevator liff outside was not working. The beds were hard. The bath tubs too high.
