− La falta de limpieza. Había detalles que señalaban una limpieza por encima, como telarañas en rincones o detrás de un sillón, cercos de suciedad dentro del baño, pelos del día anterior sin quitar de la ducha...
Il luogo è davvero invitante e le colazioni sono da Re. In ogni caso torneremmo molto volentieri

− Purtroppo la nostra vacanza ha coinciso con un caldo eccezionale, cosa che ha influito molto sulla qualità delle nostre notti. Eravamo nella dependance… Servirebbero almeno zanzariere e ventilatori

6.0Die Lage ist sehr ländlich aber daher sehr ruhig und bestens.
− Aus diesem Hotel könnte man etwas machen, es hat einen äußeren Bereich, welcher niemals gereinigt wird. Oder zum Check Inn wird das neue Michelin Restaurant weder erwähnt noch die Öffnungszeiten bekannt gegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und der Fernseher ist das kleinste Gerät welches wir jemals gesehen haben! Internat ist sehr schwach und nicht überall im Haus zur Verfügung. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Mülleiner, kein Glas oder einen Kühlschrank. Es könnte viel mehr für den Gast getan werden, aber es reicht dem Besitzer wahrscheinlich auch so.

10.0Despertar viendo la naturaleza. La tranquilidad y el fresquito de la noche para dormir. La atención de lo empleados para acogerte y que te sientas totalmente cómodo durante estancia. Muy bien ubicado para visitar distintas zonas del país vasco.
