10.0Excellent price-quality-price in the expensive city of Amsterdam. Breakfast included and shared bathroom and shower for each 4 rooms. The bathroom and shower were clean and I never had to wait. My check-in was late at night but they were very kind. You can find free cookies and sweets in the reception, as well as soap and champoo. The location is great, with an Albert Hein just next door.
− Everything was great, but perhaps the breakfast may vary a bit each two days or similar.

Great service, bedbugs present
4.0Staff was very friendly and helpful.
− Unfortunately, I woke up at 5:30am with bedbug bites on my hand. Throughout the morning and afternoon I discovered several more bites. The individual I was sharing a washroom with was not clean and smelled horrible.

Please note that all rooms are accessible by the stairs and there is no elevator. Lower floor rooms cannot be guaranteed.
Payment is required upon arrival. Preferably in cash, but we also have a credit-card machine available.
In case of a nonrefundable booking we may charge your credit-card anytime after the booking is made.
Guests requiring a Visa confirmation will be requested to pay 3 nights in advance.
Please note that the credit card holder used for the booking must be one of the guests staying at the hotel. Guests are kindly requested to note that EUR 500 bills are not accepted for cash payment.
