7.0Нормальный отель, в принципе соответствует своей звездности. Если нужен вокзал для дальнейших путешествий, то расположение удачное. В номере свежий ремонт, хорошая косметика, удобная кровать. Стильное оформление, но в номере люкс окно находится под потолком, я этого не учла при бронировании, для людей, кому важен солнечный свет, как для меня, учтите это. А второе уже нормальное окно было в гардеробной , выходящее во двор не особо помогало.
− У меня была спецефическая ситуация, вместо 3 человек приехали двое, так как моей дочери не выдали вовремя визу. Формально отель мне не был ни чем обязан, но учитывая стоимость и достаточно высокий рейтинг, я ожидала, что отель хоть какой-то шаг сделает на встречу. Естественно никакая разница в цене не была возвращена, хотя другой отель во Флоренции по одному только моему письму вернул деньги за 3 человека совершенно спокойно. Когда я обратилась к менеджеру с просьбой что-то придумать, чтобы хоть как-то скомпенсировать вот эту неприятную ситуацию, мне в виде великого одолжения был предложен 1 завтрак. В номере люкс мы остановились на 4 ночи. И после длительного и напряженного разговора нам разрешили выехать из отеля на 2 часа позже, в 13:30, у нас был поезд в 16 ч) . Меня поразил такой низкий уровень клиентоориентированности. Причём я много путешествую и знаю , с чем сравнить. Только одна сотрудница, не запомнила ее имени, была со мною любезна и это она выбила для нас один завтрак. Я с таким столкнулась честно говоря впервые. Разницы между проживанием 2 человек и троих в номере люкс составила более 300 евро и нам не смогли в виде компенсации предоставить хотя бы завтраки на весь период отдыха, и тд. Удивлена.
