6.0Es un edificio pequeño y con pocas habitaciones, por lo que el trato con el personal es directo. La ubicación cerca del metro Policlínico también es una ventaja.
− El hotel está viejito, y el personal está todo el rato a la defensiva por las carencias que tiene: no dispone de servicio de restauración por lo que ofrecen un pequeño desayuno con snacks gratuito (esto es una ventaja pero ellos lo transmiten continuamente como carencia), apagan el ascensor a partir de cierta hora por la noche, les molesta cobrar la tasa turística con tarjeta, nuestro frigorífico no funcionaba y poco o nada pudieron hacer por resolverlo... Son pequeños detalles pero que sumándolos hacen que no sea un hotel al que volvería, no al precio que pagamos.
