4.0The staff were really nice and welcoming
− We were in a room down a dark corridor. There seemed to be people living in some of the rooms as there were door mats and things stuck on the doors. From outside you could see personal items stacked in the windows. I felt it was the staff quarter or a part of the hotel out of the way for residents. I wouldn’t want to stay down that end alone.

− Curtains were falling off, when you turned the tap on it came out so fast I got soaked.
My only small concern was no information in the room’s breakfast times
