Good Place for Solo Travelrs Who Can Climb Stairs
10.0For a single male solo traveler this was an excellent, reasonably priced room. The Kennard is an older hotel, and my room was quite small. Also it was up three flights of stairs. But when I travel alone I don't need a big room -- just gonna sleep there anyway. The staff helped bring my suitcase, the room was clean and tastefully decorated. The shower was fine. The internet worked. The location is central -- very good actually. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel.

8.0Our room was quite warm as it was on the top floor (and it was during hot weather) - otherwise a pleasant stay!
Beautiful building
6.0No air conditioning. Fourth floor. We left street the first night. Staff were very understanding and issued us a partial refund. Great location but not during a heat wave! We had a lovely cup of tea outside in the back garden. Such a lovely spot.
