10.0Personale disponibile e simpatico, colazione ottima, a 10 minuti dalla stazione di Victoria.
Better than I could have imagined.
10.0I've stayed in many, many hotels around London due to work trips and have been disappointed more times than I can count. Not this time, however. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. Everything was made exceptionally simple and the staff treatment was superb, almost making you feel as if you're travelling in the olden times where customer service was priority number one. I had help with my suitcase after a heavy day at work, clean and comfortable room and surprisingly for London - a quiet environment. I slept like a log from 9 o'clock until the next morning, when I enjoyed a superb coffee (one of the best filter coffees I've had) and a breakfast before heading back to the office. Can't recommend this hotel any further.
