Nice hotel in a great location.
7.0Staff on the reception desk at check-in was very welcoming and helpful. Room was a decent size for the price in central London. An excellent location for the Royal Albert Hall, Natural History Museum and V&A.
− Found the bed uncomfortable; felt like the springs were digging into my hips when I slept on my side. My husband didn't suffer with the same problem though! Thought the room to be a bit cold.
We loved our two days at 54 Wueens Gate.

− Single room is small but adequate. Bathroom clean and good shower pressure but stairs down make it hard to go down without a rail if you have any mobility issues.
