I wish I could be more positive for this family-owned hotel, but it needs improvements
6.0Location is very central. Apparently, the last family-owned hotel in Cardiff central area. OK value for money.
− Bathroom (esp. shower) needs improvement, and our room (nr. 100) was very noisy. Seemed to be near a ventilation shaft and as of the early morning, warning sounds of the automatic "bollards"
Lovely staff and the Stay was generally comfortable
