− Instalações velhas e anecessitar de bastantes remodelações. Não recomendo os quartos do piso inferior pois ouve-se muito o metro a passar. Falta de fruta no Pequeno-almoço.
Bedbug infested

− The fact that the hotel was infested with bedbugs and the owner clearly didnt care. Then when i spoke to customer service about it they made it seems like they'd help me but didnt.
The location is perfect, situated in a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
6.0Perfect location, clean room, and clean sheets. The bathroom was very, very tiny. Good value for a short stay in London. Enjoyed being able to take walks in Hyde Park, which is just a short distance away.
− We carried our suitcases up to the third floor using the stairs, as no assistance was offered with luggage. This was particularly challenging after a long journey.
