Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione e la facilità con cui si può raggiungere la struttura da Victoria Station. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Siamo arrivati molto tardi per il maltempo (aereo in ritardo di 1 ora per maltempo) e il ragazzo al check-in è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

− Migliorerei un po la varietà della colazione, aggiungerei qualcosa. Cambierei la moquette della camera perchè molto datata. qualche presa della camera non funzionava. In camera non c'è il frigo piccolo e nemmeno la cassetta di sicurezza dove tenere i passaporti

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. At £110 for one night including breakfast in Westminster, we thought it was very good value, with many attractions within walking distance. There is a reception desk, and check-in was quick. Our room was on the top floor, but we didn’t mind the stairs, as a lift wasn’t essential for us. The room was small, with a window, a kettle and cups. The shower had a new mixer tap. The fan heater was very useful for warming up and drying off after the rain. Breakfast was even better than I expected. For the price and location, this was definitely a good choice.

− The room hasn’t been updated in a long time and needs refurbishment, including replacement of the carpet, which wasn’t particularly clean. The mattress was very firm — if you’re not used to this, you may wake up with back pain. The window wouldn’t open, and there were gaps in the frame. This wasn’t a significant issue during our autumn stay, but the room could get hot in summer or cold in winter. That said, it all depends on the price you pay. At £110 per night including breakfast, which is what we paid, it was a good choice. For me, it offered good value for money.

Muy buen trato del personal. Es pequeño pero muy acogedor, y para ir a dormir y disfrutar la ciudad es genial. La habitación e instalaciones estaban bastante bien.

Location was great, just a short walk from Victoria station. The staff member was friendly and quickly got our room ready for us once we had arrived. The room was small, which we expected from the photos and the previous reviews but it was fine as we were just sleeping there for one night. Breakfast was included which was good and the coffee machine was great but the cheese was disappointing just dairylea and square mcdonalds burger type cheese, both highly processed. would have been nice to have real cheese. check in and check out both simple.

− The breakfast could have been better - the cheeses were both highly processed. no real cheese. And the milk wasn't labelled in the fridge so it was a bit weird, not knowing what milk it was or when it had been opened.
