− Non c'erano molte alternative alla colazione all'inglese. Camera molto piccola e sotto il livello della strada.
Los colchones necesitan un cambio
5.0El alojamiento tiene una ubicación excelente al lado de la estación de Paddington. El personal es amable, sobre todo la señora del desayuno. El hotel tiene dos edificios, en nuestro caso estuvimos en el secundario. Que no se llama como el principal.
− Lo peor del alojamiento es el colchón. Es de muelles y está completamente hundido. Con la cantidad de dinero que genera diariamente un hotel en Londres, sería interesante que se plantearan cambiarlos. Con su ubicación ganaría mejor puntuación en plataformas y más beneficios. Un colchón no es tan caro. El truco que usamos nosotros para no partirnos la espalda fue dormir al revés. Como la parte superior del colchón estaba completamente partida, tuvimos que dormir en la parte inferior. Cambiar la almohada y rehacer la cama. La limpieza no es muy buena.

− We were put in the basement, bedding damp, not clean needed updating and sent to another hotel of there’s two doors down when I booked the kingsway!
