10.0El personal es amable, empático y resolutivo. La ubicación es increíble, ya que se halla a tan solo 10 minutos de la estación Victoria, emblemática y muy bien conectada. La cama era cómoda y el establecimiento muy limpio. El hotel es calentito y tienes la posibilidad de poner calor o frío por la noche. El descanso, el cual priorizamos en nuestros viajes, se hizo posible porque se encuentra ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. El desayuno concertado en Roastic es delicioso y el café de excelente calidad con un 15 por ciento de descuento. Las escaleras no son un problema como muchos huéspedes hacen alusión, ya que la gran mayoría de hoteles funcionan así. Los geles de ducha y el jabón de manos son de Rituals. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

− No tiene ascensor, la habitacion económica es muy pequeña y en un cuarto piso por escaleras angosta y empinada. Los hoteles de la zona son caros e incómodos, es difícil encontrar precio calidad.

1.0− Booked the room spontaneously because of a cancelled flight. Upon arrival at the hotel (between 7pm and 8pm) I was told that the room isn't available and I should cancel the booking and that I would get a refund. In the end I did not get a refund (more than 5 weeks passed), contacted the booking service team and when they asked for confirmation from the hotel the refund was denied by the hotel staff. So I paid 117GBP for a room that did not exist, I would call this a scam.

Payment Information (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date.
The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to make alternative arrangements.
Cancellation Policy (Multiple Bookings):
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card the cost of the entire reservation.
