À leaking bathroom, horrible view & dishonest staff

− The bathroom was in a pitiful state when we arrived; there was a constant leak under the sink. The vanity unit was soaked—all the water used would drain directly into the cabinet and then onto the floor. Plumbers were sent, but they were unable to fix the leak. I requested a refund so that I could move to another hotel, but the receptionist claimed she lacked the authority to do so, adding that the manager was not present and that I would have to wait until the following morning to seek compensation. The next day, I met with the manager, who had me fill out a complaint form and promised to send me a credit voucher in the coming days. It has now been a month, and I have yet to receive anything. Great location, cheap and cheerful hotel

Very friendly staff, great location, and very reasonable prices.

− Sadly we didn’t have the best nights sleep, very noisy from the road outside, and the bed was two singles push together (and then slide apart during the night.) Bathroom was fairly grotty, with the sick leaking and some thing on the walls.

Emplacement exceptionnel, facilité d’accès, personnel, nombreux et présents. La chambre individuelle, basique supérieure et très bien.

− Le personnel ne m’a pas indiqué que ma chambre se trouvait à un demi étage et j’ai tourné longtemps pour finalement redescendre. Puis le badge ne marchait pas et il a fallu que le personnel le recharge. La chambre individuelle basique basique est vraiment trop petite, je fais 1,65 m et mes pieds touchés le mur. Le lit est vraiment petit.

Location, nice room

− The walls were so thin, could easily hear movement, doors closing and opening, toilets flushing, showers and kettles from rooms adjacent, above and below, all through the night. I didn't mind the bed, but I imagine a lot of people would find the mattress way too hard. Didn't know how to empty bath. Bathroom grouting and shower screen door requires good scrub and mould removal.
