Dirty, no toilet roll, unsafe, smelly, homeless man living in narrow doorway to enter/exit. Left to
1.0The hotel was fully booked on my arrival even though I booked months in advance and they told me i had to go a stay above a curry restaurant 7 minutes walk away and the room was disgusting in every area and staff left me to rot and didnt even clean. Ran out of toilet paper and no drinking water or facilities to get water. Everywhere smelled like curry. Homeless man sleeping in the doorway every day and refused to move and blocked us exiting the building. Shouting outside all night long. Dirty beds, TV didnt work. Ihave photos of everything. Earls court refused to do anything or refund me and booking.com refused as well.

3.0− The photos on the website do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The communal areas are cluttered and dirty. There is no space in the room to store suitcases, and the shelf above the sink is unstable and unusable. There is a very strong smell of chlorine, and the overall appearance and condition of the room are very poor.
Low quality place not recommending to anyone. Not worth the money. Highly disappointed.

− Did not like anything. Very small rooms. No facilities to Make tea coffee. Poorly lit. No wash basin in wash room. Poorly kept.
