De plek was mooi. De tuin heeft potentie, maar was verwaarloosd.
− Alles was gedateerd. De wc stonk naar urine. Er was enkel een bad met een doucheslang zonder mogelijkheid de douchekop op te hangen. Overal lag (oude) vloerbedekking. Het ontbijt was zeer matig met oud fruit. De koffiebonen lagen los op het apparaat. De eierkoker werkte niet. Het restaurant was bijna nog slechter, waarbij werkelijk alles niet het niveau van een kant en klaar maaltijd ontsteeg. De prijs-kwaliteit was zo slecht dat het lachwekkend werd.
