10.0The service was great and so was everything about the room, the bed, the bathroom, and all was clean. I was missing a few more power sockets, especially next to the bed, and the room was tiny.

10.0What an incredible stay! We had room 16, a classic room on the first floor which meant we had a lovely view of the pool and Biot itself from our balcony. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and spacious so we slept well, especially with the marvellous air con! The only negative would be that the shower cubicle was on the smaller side but I know the larger rooms offer larger bath/showers. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. In particular when our homeward flight was cancelled because French air traffic control were striking. We had to stay an extra night and fortunately they had space and moved things around so we could stay in the same room. They also offered us breakfast free of charge for that final morning which was such a lovely treat - the MOST delicious selection of food, and healthy too. Due to the warm weather we spent the days by the pool, a great size and often we had it to ourselves, and sometimes ventured out to a simple yet fantastic restaurant a few minutes walk away called RESTAURANT LE MARCMANIA - delicious home cooked food and very friendly. We also ventured into Biot itself which is very pretty and has some lovely places to eat. We checked out the gym which was again very clean and well represented with 3 machines (treadmill etc) but could do with a proper set of dumbbells. There was also a sauna and steam room. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to come back in slightly cooler weather to explore more.
