− Le petit dej. Devoir attendre que des viennoiseries cuisent alors qu il n'est que 9heures ; dans un 3 étoiles c est inattendu ! Personnel multi tâches, ce qui laisse la clientele parfois dans l embarras et dans l' attente. Erreur sur facturation qui aurait pu être a notre avantage mais comme nous sommes honnêtes, la somme due a été retrouvée (on ne sait où...) et donc nous a été reattribuée. Parfum des serviettes à revoir. Odeur dans SDB parce que bonde mal replacée...
