10.0La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité et la variété de la nourriture, le confort des chambres et des équipements. C’était des vacances vraiment 4 étoiles
− La télévision en français seulement deux chaînes alors que les autres langues comme l’allemand en avais au moins. L’antenne beugué souvent il fallait éteindre et rallumé la télé pour que ça fonctionne.

6.0Непоганий інтер'єр всього готелю, наявність спортзала, гарний ресторан, охайна територія.
− Відсутність звукоізоляції, як зовнішньої (з вулиці), так і з коридору, найнезручніша шафа яку я тільки зустрічала в житті, нав'язливий сервіс офіціантів (не встиг доїсти останній шматочок з тарілки, її вже забирають). Платні напої (чай, кава) при пакеті напівпансіон - нонсенс для мене! Я загубила в готелі рубашку, важливу для мене як подарунок але від персонала не отримала бажання допомогти.
