− Le premier jour je suis rentrée vers 22h et le portail était fermé il faisait nuit j’ai appuyé sur la sonnette et je suis rentrée direct je me suis pris de pleine face l’arrêt en fer du portail j’ai eu des hématomes sur le visage et les lunettes rayées 😡 Pour un premier soir pas top Quand je suis arrivée à l’accueil l’agent m’avait préparé un sac avec des glaçons il m’a vu me faire très mal et son collègue a dis que je n’était pas la première à me faire mal ainsi ,les 3 jours suivants mon séjour le portail est resté mi ouvert mais trop tard pour moi je dois à présent refaire mes verres de lunettes 😡
