− Le quartier n’est pas le plus agréable de Lille, mais il reste pratique grâce à sa proximité avec les transports et le centre-ville.
L’environnement n’est pas agréable, on est passé devant un point de deal flagrant juste à côté de l’hôtel
6.0L’accueil a été très agréable, les personnes sont serviables et aimables
− La salle de bain est exiguë. La douche est très petite.
