7.0La atención de Ferdinando en la recepción! Excelente! El desayuno bastante variado La ubicación está bien, volví a las 23 horas y no sentí inseguridad.
− Habitación chica pero bien para una última noche. La ducha chica (eso que soy una persona chica) y no tiene nada poner tus cosas, jabón, enjuague, etc. Si lo dejas en el piso apenas te podes agachar a agarrarlos. También perdía agua y se mojaba toda la toalla de salida
Muy bien situado
10.0Habitación limpia, la cama era bastante cómoda y el baño muy amplio. Está muy bien situado: a apenas 5 minutos de la estación de Termini y a unos 15 minutos caminando del Coliseo. El personal que nos atendió fue realmente amable.
− Por las noches se escucha algo de ruido porque hay varios restaurantes cerca, pero tampoco fue un gran inconveniente.

10.0The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone was very helpful, attentive and always ready to assist us whenever we needed something. They also speak several languages, which was really convenient. The location was perfect as well, very close to everything and easy to get around Rome.
− Nothing really… except the iron we asked for, which never arrived because the person who had borrowed it never brought it back 😂
