− One of the staffs was very rude and refused to check us in at 10am and 2pm. Was told to come back after 3pm. Even then, refused to give us the room at 3.01pm. He gave in eventually after an argument. But this experience made the whole experience bad. He even charged us double for tourist tax. Thankfully, other staff, Daria was exceptional. She picked up the error and refunded us the money. Also, there's no lift in the building.
