− J’aurais aimé avoir les codes d’entrée dans l’immeuble avant d’arriver à l’hôtel car un peu compliqué sur place. Et impossible d’appeler avec mon téléphone.

10.0We ended up here unexpectedly because our flight was cancelled, and upon arriving at the airline hotel, decided to rather enjoy our last day in Naples. Booked this last minute for one night, and it was a great experience! I loved everything about this B&B. It is quirky, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I really liked the virtual check-in as well. The rooms are great, and despite being in a very busy area in the Historical Centre, very quiet and well insulated from the outside. You cannot hear anything from the street. The inside was quiet too, and despite been full (or what seemed full), we didn't hear anyone else at all from our room (room 7). The beds were comfy and the linens were quite luxurious. The whole place is a wonderful respite from the busyness outside. Highly recommend. Will 100% stay here again if ever in Naples again.
− The bathroom was quite small, but that's very understandable in these old buildings. This was not a huge problem for us though, and certainly has not impacted how much I loved this place.
