10.0A acomodação é excelente. Tudo muito limpo. Cama muito confortável e localização excelente, perto da estação de trem e de tudo. O proprietário é muito solícito e gentil. Nos deu dicas de restaurantes e locais para tomar café da manhã. Recomendo!

9.0Lage: Sehr ruhig, in einem Viertel etwas abseits der Turistenströme, aber nahe genug zu netten Restaurants, Cafés und einer Vaporettostation.

10.0Ótima localização, cerca de 10 minutos andando da estação de trem. O atendimento é espetacular, todos muito simpáticos. As instalações mais bonitas que na foto. Cama super confortável, chaleira e frigobar no quarto.

8.0The location is great! We had stayed a couple days in the St. Mark’s area and preferred this location (Cannaregio) much more. It’s quieter and less touristy but still close to the top attractions and with lots of nearby restaurants that we enjoyed. It’s also very close to an Alilaguna stop(4 min walk). The hosts were very helpful (both before and during our stay) and the room large and comfortable. Our room had a balcony which we enjoyed sitting on for our tea / coffee (provided via the kettle and room supplies). We would definitely recommend this property to others.
− The only negative is that the shower wasn’t the best - it was hand-held which is fine but the wall attachment didn’t hold it in a good spot. This was a minor issue and we were still very happy with our room.
