10.0Absolutely special, beautiful and spacious cannot say enough about our room it was beautifully decorated and had , insane views of the Spanish steps! Loved the jacuzzi, bathroom water pressure and the delightful aromas of toiletries and scents . Super special place excellent staff 😃Julia and Elizabeth . can’t wait to stay there again this will be my go to when in Rome for sure

9.0The property was perfectly located for sightseeing, easy walking distance to all major attractions and shopping district. Only had to step outside the door to the Spanish Steps. The room was spotlessly clean and beds were comfortable. The entrance to the property was very attractive, the lift to the third floor very quaint and old fashioned. The corridor to the rooms always had a beautiful fragrance. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful.
− A small amount of street noise, but not an issue for us at at bedtime.
