− Geen of weinig zonbescherming op het terras. De privéparking en oud centrum van de stad toch wat verder dan voorgesteld in de aanbieding

7.0la situation au centre de la Rochelle, le confort de la chambre
− Le personnel manque de professionnalisme. Pour un établissement quatre étoiles, le niveau de service attendu est plus élevé. Les explications pour accéder au parking ne sont pas claires et, de manière générale, les informations fournies par l'établissement manquent de précision. J'ai également été témoin à deux reprises de difficultés de communication entre le personnel et des clients étrangers, en raison d'un niveau d'anglais insuffisant. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, cela n'est pas acceptable. Enfin, aux abords de la piscine, des bouches d'aération dégagent une odeur très désagréable.
