4.0Problemas com reserva, descrição do quarto não corresponde à realidade. Reservo quarto para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, com 3 twin beds e no momento do check in quarto é para 3 pessoas e tem 3 camas single beds. para resolver o problema é cobrada uma taxa adicional, não prevista. Depois, é atribuido um quarto com cerca de 16m2 onde as camas ocupavam quase toda a área do quarto, impossível circular no quarto, apenas disponha de uma pequena janela para entrar luz e arejar o quarto. Não dispõe de ar condicionado e a internet sem fios era de fraca qualidade.
