− The brochure in the room said that I could do laundry if I dropped it off before 9 AM and have same-day delivery back, but when I wanted to bring it up, they pointed out that that had changed and therefore was unable to do my laundry. This was disappointing because I had a weeks worth of laundry I had to do before going to the south of France. Also room service was not 24/7 as they advertised in the brochure
Fabulous Hotel in my favourite Arrondissement with a view of the Eiffel Tower
10.0A fabulous hotel in my favourite Arrondissement. I loved the vintage aesthetic and atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were accomodating and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a room with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and the air conditioning saved us from the Parisian Heat in August.

9.0HABITACION LIMPIA, CONBINA LO ANTIGUO CON LA MODERNO, SU GERENTE Y LOS DE RESECCION SON MUY ESPECTACULARES, NOS AYUDARON ASOLUCIONAR LOS ERRORES CON LA RESERVA DE OTRO HOTEL Y ESTE TAMBIEN. POR ESO LO MEJOR DEL HOTEL ES EL TALENTO HUMANO DE SUS SERVIDORES. EL DESAYUNO SE VEIA BIEN, TENIAN CAFE Y TORTA POR LA TARTE CUENDO SE LLEGABA AL HOTEL GRATIS.

10.0Es una instalación muy antigua, pero la conservan muy bien, todo muy bien decorado, limpio. El desayuno buffet era excelente, muy variado y muy rico ( a veces se demoraban en rellenar al acabarse las cosas, pero luego con un poco de tiempo las reponían). El personal muy amable, siempre atentos a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Al llegar nos esperaron con regalitos, y la noche antes de irnos también! Muy preocupados de que nuestra estancia fuera espectacular.
