8.0O staff é muito atencioso. Café da manhã gostoso. A sala de estar na recepção é agradável. Tem máquina de café e chá. Bem simpático. No quarto a cama, travesseiros e lençóis de ótima qualidade. Toalhas de excelente qualidade.
− Quarto muito escuro. Em alguns pontos precisamos de lanterna para poder ter alguma claridade. Os quartos 16 e 26 são grandes, mas compridos o que os torna menos confortáveis.

8.0The location was incredible in the middle of all sorts of bistro's and shopping opportunities. Management and security of the hotel was outstanding.
− I'm annoyed that we were informed that to be ecologically responsible that fresh towels would not be brought every day without requesting them.For the amount that we paid for a junior suite, this should have been an option to not bring towels versus requesting fresh towels.
