− - The bed was assembled in an unusual way, with the mattress topper placed underneath the main mattress rather than on top of it. When I investigated why, I discovered that the topper had been turned upside down and was heavily stained. Finding a soiled mattress topper hidden beneath the bed raised serious concerns about the hotel's housekeeping and maintenance standards. In my view, this item should have been replaced rather than left in the room. - The room/hotell was not clean and appeared poorly maintained. - There was also a damaged stair step on the staircase between the floors 3-4. You could clearly feel yourself sinking in the stair runner when stepping on it, indicating that the step underneath was broken. This presented a potential safety hazard and gave the impression of inadequate maintenance. - Frequent noise and vibrations from the nearby metro line affected comfort

− We hadden de suite voor 4 personen. 1 groot bed en een klein hokje met uitschuifslaapbankje. Het was er vies en veel dingen kapot zoals de glazen wanden gebarsten, deur kapot, rubbers uit de ramen. En dat alles voor 525 euro per nacht!!!!
