10.0The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we were as comfortable as possible. The facilities, including the spa and sauna, were excellent and all included in our stay. The view from our room was absolutely captivating. Breakfast was delicious, with many of the ingredients sourced locally. Dinner was equally amazing, the food was clearly prepared with care, and the wine was among the best we've had. We highly recommend the homemade tagliatelle paired with a bottle of CHÂTEAU LA MASCARONNE Blanc 2024. We also received a generous discount to be used when exploring Flims, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. They gave us an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning, spent our days exploring Flims, and relaxed in the spa and sauna after long hikes before ending each day with an exceptional dinner. The bedroom was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
