10.0Yemek, hijyen ve personelin güleryüzü beklentimizi karşıladı. Otelin konumu toplu taşımayla ve özel arabayla ulaşım için çok uygun. Konaklamak isteyenlere öneririm.
I little warm but liked the hotel a lot
8.0Staff is excellent,went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was very good. I asked if the were any more Croissants. Waitress said I will run to the bakery and get some. Shows back in five minutes with the croissants. It was pouring down rain at the time. super accommodating! Took the train into Bern, quick and easy from the hotel
− Room temperature was terrible first night , Very hot daytime temp ventilation in the rooms was not especially good. Staff provided fans the second night that made a huge difference. air conditioning would help.

10.0une situation géographique idéale ( à 5 minutes à pied d'une gare qui permet d'aller à Bern en 12 minutes, toutes les 20 minutes). Une équipe vraiment à l'écoute, professionnelle et très sympathique. Un service de grande qualité. Je recommande cet établissement

− Die Ausstattung war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Geruch auf den Fluren war nicht angenehm.
I expected more for the money.
4.0It was near to where we were going.
− The photos on the website suggested it was a rural setting, it wasn’t it was next to a busy road in a built-up area.
