− L’épaisseur des murs (merci les enfants de la chambre d’à côté pour avoir autant crié ou à la dame qui faisait bcp trop de bruit avec des enfants qui pouvaient tout entendre), le surcoût pour la piscine qu’il fallait lire entre les lignes
