9.0La situation de l'hôtel au centre de la ville. Le personnel dans l'ensemble est agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est bien achalandé.
− Le manque d'aide du réceptionniste (garçon) le samedi après midi qui nous a dit que l'on pouvait avoir une remise pour les termes avec l'hôtel mais qui ne savait pas comment faire pour les enfants. Il a dit qu'il se renseignait mais ensuite semblait tout faire pour nous éviter.

10.0Il personale dell'albergo come anche l'albergo stessi, sono a dir poco meravigliosi. Gentili, onesti, precisi, attenti alle esigenze. Non posso dire nulla di spiacevole. La camera bellissima, la colazione ottima, il parcheggio vicinissimo e ce n'è più di uno. Negozi, servizi, attenzioni tutto vicino e raggiungibile a piedi. Noi poi ci siamo spostati ed abbiamo macinato diversi km per vedere castelli ecc e se l'abbiamo fatto noi che abbiamo una certa, come dice mio nipote, potete farlo anche voi. Merita tutto, davvero.
